Our stay at Towneplace Suites in Niceville was quite enjoyable. The full kitchen made meal prep convenient, equipped with a good-sized fridge and cooktop burners. Breakfast stood out with a variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. Staff members were genuinely accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We appreciated the pet-friendly setup, with grassy areas for our dogs to play. However, the layout of the room had its drawbacks. The TV placement made it awkward for comfortable viewing from the bed. One of the rooms also had a strange odor, which detracted from the overall experience. However, thanks to the pleasant staff and the well-stocked kitchen, we still left feeling good about our time there.

Consider bringing your own toiletries, as some items may be missing. The nearby Turkey Creek Park offers great trails for outdoor activities right at your doorstep.

great walking access to parks and eateries

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Turkey Creek Park, just a short walk away, which offered beautiful scenery and trails right outside my door. it was also convenient to find numerous dining options like Bamboo Sushi Bar within a quick stroll, making my city explorations even more enjoyable.

Cleanliness could improve, as the room had an unpleasant odor!!! Communication regarding maid service needs to be clearer as it was nonexistent!!! Location can attract quite a bit of sand into the room!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was remarkably pet-friendly, accommodating our two large dogs easily. We appreciated the kitchen amenities, which included a good-sized fridge and cooking facilities. The breakfast buffet was a lovely way to start our mornings before exploring the area.

However, the room had a slight odor, probably due to being a pet-friendly space, which wasn't completely addressed. The TV placement was awkward, making it hard to watch comfortably from the bed, and some bathroom supplies were missing. These issues slightly clouded an otherwise pleasant stay.

what an absoluteley underwhelming experience, zero maid service and empty bathroom items, like who even does that? I also woudl ve been thrilled to receive some sort of upgrade, especially after all these issues, but I guess that’s too much to ask at this hotel. Almost thought about a good review but just couldn’t.
